Krekeya Terms and Conditions – Know before you play

By using the Krekeya website or app, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms and Conditions. Please read the full terms before accessing or registering on the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Krekeya.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• The maximum deposit amount is determined by your account tier.
• Deposits are generally instant — in most cases, funds appear in your account within 1–5 minutes.
• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in funds being frozen.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from Krekeya:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Delays may occur if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• The number of withdrawals permitted in a single day may be limited — contact support for details.

Krekeya complies with anti-money laundering laws. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Krekeya:

General Betting Rules

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled unless Krekeya acknowledges a technical error.
• Pre-match bets close before the event begins.
• In live betting, odds change in real time and the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally considered void and stakes are returned.

Odds & Payouts

Krekeya odds are determined based on market conditions and available information. Krekeya reserves the right to set maximum payout limits for any event and to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

Krekeya offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before accepting:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. The welcome bonus can be claimed once per person.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus amounts must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal (typically 5x to 30x).
• Time Limit: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games or categories.
• Concurrent bonuses: Specific conditions may apply when multiple bonuses are active at the same time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Krekeya platform. Any account found engaging in them will be permanently closed:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abuse of the bonus system or bonus arbitrage.
• Participation in match-fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to hack, introduce malware, or engage in any form of technical manipulation on the platform.
• Using Krekeya for money laundering or any illegal transfer of funds.
• Harassing or engaging in inappropriate conduct toward other users.

Krekeya reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may also request account closure at any time. Before the account is closed, they will be given the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance — unless the account has been suspended due to fraud.

Krekeya takes the protection of your personal data seriously. We never sell your information to third parties. However, relevant information may be shared when required by law or at the request of authorities.
